Call 718-601-1070 to find out when the Property Manager will be on site. The Property Manager is available for any questions residents may have concerning the operation and policies of the property. All questions, problems, complaints and suggestions concerning the management and operation of the buildings should be directed to the Property Manager.

In emergency situations

During normal working hours, please contact the Property Manager and your Superintendent immediately. Emergencies on weekends and legal holidays should be called into the doorman on duty. A building staff member should also be made aware of the emergency as soon as possible. Staff members have been notified of the emergency procedures in the absence of the Superintendent.

The Argo Corporation may be reached for emergencies 24 hours, seven days a week, throughout the year. After business hours, on holidays and weekends, if you require emergency service call 212-896-8600 or 212-896-8602, and your call will be answered by our answering service. Immediately after receiving your call, a member of our management team will be contacted to handle the emergency.
